We provide coaching to anyone willing to take Lean responsibilities in their organisation. For our coaching assignments we use the GROW model: Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward. 

Typical coaching assignments include:

  • Senior managers or executives who set up continuous improvement programs
  • Rencently appointed continuous improvement facilitators and project managers


Our coaching assignments are able to work at both organisational and personal level:

  • At organisational level, we help the organisation with implementation of the continuous implementation program: setting up a steering committee, defining the roles and responsibilities, defining and managing training needs, and so on.
  • At personal level, we coach senior executive and plant managers to fulfill their role as inspirational leaders in continuous improvement: lean leadership, collaborative problem-solving, presentation skills, facilitation skills, coaching senior management, giving and receiving feedback, and much more.
